When you bought your home, did you like the bathroom floors? If you’re like most people, you potentially did not think about them much while having a look at the bigger image of the home itself. Maintenance is a breeze with a vinyl floor, and as long as it has been caulked well round the edges, it will be impervious to water. Vinyl is a kid friendly flooring because it is softer and has a little more give, and if you purchase a quality grade of it, it will not show wear for a few years.
Wooden floors in a bathroom is not highly advocated for plain reasons. No one wants to pay for a costly wood floor only to have it buckle and warp because of the humidity in the room. Some people do advocate using bamboo or cork flooring in a loo, though, which will give you an amazing, natural look. You also might try laminate floors which has a hardwood veneer. Even though this flooring material looks just like hardwoods, it is built to be more tough.
