An Unfortunate Experience With Rhino Mart

I have been shopping with Rhinomart wholesale for a number of years we acquire products that we utilize in our company and as a seasoned purchaser I have only had one negative experience with Rhinomart. This would be out of around one hundred transactions so I think that is a pretty good track record. Anyway, I thought I would discuss about my bad experience with Rhinomart and how the situation was resolved.

Like I say, we have been acquiring from Rhinomart for a couple years. The sorts of products that we usually purchase are products like envelopes, coffee and stationery that we use in our office. We find that acquiring in wholesale bulk quantities makes it much cheaper and saves our establishment time and effort sourcing from several sources.

On this certain occasion, we were placing our normal bulk order which consisted of stationery, and our annual bulk food stuff which we utilize throughout the year. We tend to order a huge amount of snack foods as we want to donate care packs to local charities during the festive season. This certain order included that food. Also, we were buying some cleaning supplies and office supplies on the same order.

As usual, we expect to wait about a week for our order to arrive, and this time when it did, I could see immediately that something was not right. The usual packaging was saturated with a substance and it looked like there was extreme damage to one part of the package. When we asked the delivery driver, he said that a huge box had fallen on top of our package and must have damaged the box. Of course, this had also crushed the wholesale office supplies and burst the cleaning products which were now leaking over everything else in the pack.

The delivery driver claimed no responsibility and left, leaving me to question what to do next. I decided to call Rhinomart where the client staff was very apologetic, even although this situation was surely not their fault. Everything had been packaged well, but because of the delivery corporation incorrectly stacking the parcels, the damage had taken place.

The staff at Rhinomart told me to check if there was anything that could be salvaged and to send photos of the products that had been damaged. I did as they said and found that happily most of the food was ok with its plastic packaging, but my paper products and some other products were damaged beyond repair.

Once I sent the photos through I obtained a nice letter from Rhinomart telling me they were sorry for the situation and they would replace the damaged general merchandise free of charge. This was more than I ever could have expected or asked for and I was over the moon that they would do something like this for me.

I am not a big spender with Rhinomart but I think it shows that their client service is exceptional and that they are happy to turn a bad experience into a really excellent experience and keep you coming back.
