John Grinder and Richard Bandler, at the time a student of psychology, went on to develop a new filed called Neuro Linguistic programming. They began working together after Bandler invited John to some of his therapy groups. It was there that he became aware of the way therapists use linguistic patterns to great effect with their patients.
John and Richard studied the language patterns used effectively by therapists such as Virginia Satir, Milton H. Erickson and Fritz Perls. These patterns along with transformational grammar became the basis for the pairs own model known as Neuro Linguistic Programming.
The Neuro Linguist Programming model was developed even further using books published by these same therapists and later became the foundation of NLP. Grinder has also co-written many other books on NLP and its practical applications and theory.
All over the world, many people have become more self-confident as a result of studying the techniques involved in Neuro Linguistic Programming. This has allowed them to become more successful both in their professional endeavors and their personal lives.

They will also help you achieve results by gaging the personality of those around you. This in turn, couple with the coordination of your own thoughts, feelings and behavior, will help you achieve your goals.
Getting your message across to your audience in an effective manor is important to all of us, and neuro linguistic programming will help you achieve this by helping you to keep your thoughts, actions and words in alignment.
